- Town Square is another residential community located in Dubailand, near Mudon. It is developed by Nshama Development and encompasses townhouses and apartments.
- Town Square covers an area of 750 acres and will consist of 3,500 townhouses, 18,000 apartments, and a large retail precinct with over 600 stores, food outlets, and dining options spread across 2.5 million square feet.
- The development of Town Square began in February 2015 with the sale of 300 ‘Zahra Townhouses’ followed by the introduction of 730 ‘Hayat Houses’ in March. Hayat Houses offer three or four bedrooms with back gardens, en-suite bathrooms, and private terraces.
- By September 2020, a significant portion of the development was completed, including all the apartment blocks except for the Una. The remaining villa communities were also nearing completion.
- Town Square Park is open to the public and features greenery, classical and jazz music played through concealed loudspeakers, and some operational food shops and restaurants. Other amenities are still being established.
- Nshama projects that by 2025, approximately 85,000 individuals will be residing and working in Town Square.
