In July 2023, Sharjah’s real estate market saw significant activity, with transactions totaling Dh1.9 billion. The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department’s monthly report highlighted 2,783 transactions, including 684 sales transactions spanning 96 areas across the emirate. This growth is attributed to the government’s strategy of diversifying income sources, strengthening the economy. As new projects adhere to international standards, further market expansion is anticipated. Notably, Muwaileh Commercial area led in both transaction numbers and value. This dynamic market development underscores Sharjah’s commitment to a thriving real estate sector.
