Dubai Sports City is centered around five prominent sports venues and encompasses various sports academies. Situated along Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, the residential component of the project comprises mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, and villas. While several sports facilities have been completed, there are still vacant residential plots where construction has yet to commence.

Within Sports City, there are three distinct residential districts: Canal Residence, Victory Heights, and Gallery Villas.

Canal Residence features five apartment buildings, each designed in a unique architectural style and positioned along a 1.2-kilometer-long, 15-meter-wide waterway. The community offers studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, which share amenities such as gymnasiums, swimming pools, barbecue spots, and children’s play areas.

Victory Heights is a development consisting of seven villages situated along the fairways of the golf course. It encompasses nearly a thousand villas and townhouses of various sizes, each equipped with different facilities.

Gallery Villas represents the upscale district of Sports City, featuring 75 exclusive three- and five-bedroom villas and townhouses arranged around the golf course.

In terms of transportation and access:

• By car, it takes approximately 22 minutes to reach Dubai Mall, 17 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 19 minutes to Burj Al Arab, and 20 minutes to The Walk JBR from Sports City.
• Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 40-minute drive away, while the newer Al Maktoum International Airport is about a 29-minute drive.
• Sports City enjoys excellent road connectivity, with a 40-minute drive to the international airport, 22 minutes to Dubai Mall, 20 minutes to Dubai Marina, and 1 hour and 20 minutes to Abu Dhabi.
• A feeder bus service is available between Sports City and the Mall of the Emirates metro station, with an average travel time of around 30 minutes.
