This area primarily consists of small villas and townhouses with spacious gardens. While apartment buildings are emerging on the outskirts of the Triangle, larger villas can be found in the neighboring Jumeirah Village Circle.
The residential properties in Jumeirah Village Triangle predominantly feature one- or two-bedroom villas and townhouses. These homes are well-suited for couples and small families, offering ample garden space. For those seeking more room, Jumeirah Village Circle offers villas with up to five bedrooms.
Although plans for high-rise apartment blocks in the Triangle are in place, only a few have been constructed thus far. While some mid-rise buildings have been completed (with a few on hold), the majority of plots are yet to be developed.
