Al Habtoor Launches One of the World’s Largest Residential Towers

Dubai-based conglomerate Al Habtoor Group has announced the launch of one of the world’s largest residential towers in Dubai. The Habtoor Tower will consist of 81 floors and have a built-up area of approximately 327,000 square meters. The tower will offer 1,701 housing units and will be located adjacent to the Dubai Water Canal, providing a view of the iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. The company is currently in the final stages of selecting the main contractor for the project, with bids received from companies in the UAE, China, India, and Europe.
