- Mudon is a residential area located on the outskirts of the desert in Dubailand, at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road (E611).
- It is a gated community with round-the-clock security and consists of several neighborhoods featuring villas and townhouses.
- The first neighborhood in Mudon is called Al Salam, and the handover of its townhouses began on December 15, 2014.
- Al Naseem is another neighborhood accessible via Umm Suqeim Road, offering amenities like jogging and cycling routes, parks, play areas, nurseries, gyms, a mosque, and schools. It has Arabic-themed villas available in three, four, and five-bedroom options, along with semi-detached four-bedroom townhouses. The handover of townhouses in Al Naseem started on December 15, 2014.
- Rahat Villas in Mudon feature Arabic architectural style and offer three, four, and five-bedroom villas. They provide amenities similar to Al Naseem and are accessible via Umm Suqeim Road, Al Qudra, Hess, and Emirates Road. The sizes of Rahat villas range from three-bedroom villas measuring 3,716 to 4,260 square feet, four-bedroom villas measuring 4,755 square feet, and five-bedroom villas ranging from 5,457 to 5,760 square feet. The launch of Rahat Villas took place in October 2013.
- Arabella Townhouses are divided into three phases. Phase 1 consists of two, three, four, and five-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached houses, including a maid’s room. The sizes of the townhouses in Phase 1 vary from two-bedroom townhouses measuring 1,669 square feet to five-bedroom townhouses measuring 3,068 square feet. Phase 2 offers similar options and is still under construction. Phase 3 is also under construction and includes semi-detached three and four-bedroom townhouses and detached five-bedroom villas with green gardens. The sizes of the townhouses in Phase 3 range from 1,964 to 2,281 square feet for three-bedroom units, 2,683 square feet for four-bedroom units, and 3,041 square feet for five-bedroom villas.
- Mudon Views is a collection of new seven-story buildings within the Mudon community. It offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and two-story duplexes. The project was completed and handed over in 2020.
